The world of insurance is boring, isn’t it? Well, we don't think so. We aim to change the traditional insurance market. Briefly: we create products for motor insurers that offer their customers the ultimate experience whilst delivering a significant cost reduction for the insurance company. We do this by using top-notch technology combined with creative thinking.
In 2017, Openclaims won both the Dutch and European Fintech Awards. From our office in downtown Amsterdam, we work with a rapid-growing team (20+ international people) towards our next major steps: growth and internationalization. As an Intern in our Business Intelligence & Analytics team, you are responsible for delivering insights that will be used to invent new and reinvent existing products and processes.

A key element of our success is that we continuously monitor, test and improve our business processes. Business Intelligence & Analytics is at the heart of this. Our platform enables us to generate a lot of insights, even a single mouse-click or movement is recorded.
Your role consists of:
You will be right at home if…
You are in the last phase of your bachelor or master study and you have experience with crunching data in and outside university. You are familiar with programming data solutions (R and SQL are a bonus!), you are eager to learn and you are proficient in English. You know how to execute on an idea and the saying: ‘I have never done this, but I can do this’ highly relates to you.
