Insurance boring? Not so much at Openclaims. We are an award-winning InsurTech company, leading in disrupting the traditional way of how car damages are being handled. In short: Openclaims helps insurers and lease companies to give their customers a great experience when they need to have their car repaired, reducing repair costs at the same time. This way we are able to innovate in a sustainable way in a very traditional market. Part of our solution is a Saas platform which facilitates the customer process from A to Z.

Junior Marketeer

As Openclaims is growing rapidly we are looking for a driven Marketeer with interest in a B2B environment. This position has been created for a talented Marketeer who is able to develop our brand awareness, supporting our international growth strategy and generating valuable leads in the insurance industry.

You are able to create together with our CEO a solid marketing strategy aimed at a very selected B2B target group. This covers a wide range of marketing and communication: from content marketing to events and partnerships. One of the challenges in the market is building trust with our (potential) clients, currently we are building on thought leadership and preparing for the international roll out. In this role you work close together with your colleagues from Business Development and Sales.

  • Strong hands on approach with a well developed general business sense
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Implementing marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Experience with content marketing: from strategy to the hero blog
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Mail-chimp and automation tools is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in an internship or starters position with marketing, communication and content (not necessarily in the insurance industry)
  • Solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Excellent level in Dutch and English (both orally and in writing)
  • Ability to travel as necessary
