Insurance boring? Not so much at Openclaims. We are an award-winning InsurTech company, leading in disrupting the traditional way of how car damages are being handled. In short: Openclaims helps insurers and lease companies to give their customers a great experience when they need to have their car repaired, reducing repair costs at the same time. This way we are able to innovate in a sustainable way in a very traditional market. Part of our solution is a Saas platform which facilitates the customer process from A to Z.

Quality Management Intern

This creates an interesting dynamic in which you will have to use the latest tools & techniques in order to build ever improving solutions for a growing platform!

 

In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new features for our platform and continuously endeavouring to improve our service provided to internal and external stakeholders
  • Initiating and conducting functional and technical enhancements to the platform together with the team
  • Being a contributing member of a continuously improving development process cycle
  • Spending time on your own side projects
  • Contributing to our great team spirit and company culture!

Requirements

  • You are motivated to ensure that our services/products are the result of transparent, objective and cost-effective decision making and risk management
  • Organizational talent; you have the ability to effectively analyse our business processes by cooperating with every department within our organization. Furthermore, you can formally organize these processes by creating and updating documentation (that will be critical to our business)
  • Good grasp of the English language, including the ability to write formal documents and e-mails in English
  • In your final year of your higher education (HBO+) or recently graduated
  • You can explain the importance of proper quality management (and understand why certificates like ISO/ISAE are beneficial).
