Customer Success Manager

Job description

As Customer Success Manager you onboard new clients (car insurers and leasing companies) who will be using the Openclaims Repair Management Platform. Given our rapid growth and international outlook, you have an important task ahead of you. Once Sales has connected a new client to the platform, you spring into action. You work with the client to guide the implementation process and lead the project. For example, you form a project team, set up the platform, and manage progress. Tight project management, good communication, and organic relationship-building are vital skills for success in this role.

As Customer Success Manager, you remain closely involved after onboarding. You ensure the client gets the most out of the platform and that nothing goes wrong. You use data and dashboards to keep a close eye on whether the platform is generating useful results for the client. This also requires identifying complex challenges and finding solutions for them. By combining your in-depth knowledge about the client’s desires and interests with your expertise on our platform, you build our clients' success stories.

First your focus is primarily on building relationships that promote client satisfaction, retention and loyalty. The next phase of your development is to move towards a more commercial role. This includes creating opportunities for cross-selling and product expansion during evaluations and contract renewals. You play a crucial role in the growth of the account.

Communication is a key part your job. Not only in aligning with your clients but also in collaborating with your co-workers in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Engineering to improve the product, boost satisfaction, and strengthen business performance. You are part of a close-knit team and work with the Head of Customer Success to further expand and develop the department.

Requirements

To be successful in your role we’d like you to have:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in relationship, account or project management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You’re a great listener who understands client needs; you build trust naturally and work towards a long-term relationship
  • Project management skills. You’re highly organized and experienced in aligning different parties and stakes, meeting deadlines and overviewing details. You stay calm under pressure
  • A positive, creative problem-solving attitude and analytical skills in order to respond to every customer puzzle
  • Dutch fluency and English proficiency. Our current customers are mainly Dutch natives
  • Experience or affinity with SaaS or other technological B2B solutions
