As our new Customer Success Manager, it is your job to make sure that clients achieve their desired outcomes using our platform and help them succeed. Working closely with our Sales, Products, and Support team, you are the voice of the customer within the company as you are responsible for:

Guiding the client through the onboarding and implementation process by:

  • getting to know what the client’s wish list and product requirements are, then

  • setting up and managing the project team that supports the client

  • making sure goals, deadlines, and timelines are defined and tightly managed, and

  • ensuring all communication within the team and with the client runs smoothly

Following the onboarding process, you stay closely connected with the client to ensure optimal user satisfaction by:

  • developing trusted advisor relationships

  • managing and resolving business problems and issues

  • continuously improving the platform set up based on client feedback

  • using data and BI metrics to create insights on client satisfaction, goals, and performance

Job requirements

You…

  • have 2-3 years of working experience in account or project management, or customer relations

  • have strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

  • are energetic, self-sufficient, and confident to take on fast-changing conditions

  • have fluent proficiency in Dutch and English (German and/or French is an asset)

  • offer a proven track record of being organized and a problem solver, pay close attention to details, and both quality and deadline focused
