CAREER OPPORTUNITY: INTERNATIONAL SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE


YOUR FUTURE ROLE

All our commercial activities start with you: our International Sales Development Representative (SDR). By initiating fresh contacts in reaching out to target companies, you generate qualified leads for the sales team to follow up and close. You are responsible for organising and preparing appointments for the sales team and making sure these are followed up. You:

  • map the Openclaims target markets and define relevant prospects

  • profile, qualify and follow-up on those prospects and inbound leads

  • coordinate and perform outreach to prospects within our target markets

  • understand the needs of prospects and translate these needs to sales presentations and the Openclaims product offering

  • generate follow up appointments with these prospects and inbound leads for Openclaims account executives


YOUR FUTURE TEAM

The commercial squad (marketing, sales and customer success) consists of six people who have commercial blood running through their veins. Highly driven and eager to succeed for Openclaims, they are fast, creative and innovative in reeling work in and growing our business, by:

  • building brand awareness,

  • generating and following-up on qualified leads and

  • building our clients' success stories.

Requirements

YOU…

  • have experience with the fast pace of a start-up environment

  • are able to have meaningful, commercial conversations with senior leaders in prospect companies

  • show a constant commercial drive, creativity and persistence to reach result

  • are an outstanding communicator both verbally and written in English and German/French and are able develop presentations to represent our business out there

  • are self-starting, a fast thinker and mover with excellent problem solving skills

  • have a sense of humour, are approachable and able to fly solo as well as collaborate

  • are able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage your time within a schedule that offers the best result

  • have a proven understanding of SDR sales automation tooling
