YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As our recruiter you build this new role at Openclaims to help grow our A-player teams and you do it fast! You ‘live and breathe’ talent recruitment and are a pro in all aspects of this expertise: branding, campaigning, sourcing, hunting, selection. You do whatever it takes to become top-of-mind of top talent - be it in sales or IT - and lure them to our teams with the right words and action. Your creativity and determined, result-driven spirit ensure we have a filled pipeline at all times, whatever the discipline. You act as our ambassador from the first point of contact, to finalising the selection process and establish a topnotch candidate experience from A to Z. With quick and clear follow-up, transparency on next steps and honest feedback you secure our Openclaims reputation as a great place to work.

Requirements

YOU…

  • have done full cycle recruitment before for at least three years in a tech (preferably scale-up
    environment)
  • pride yourself in knowing how to extract the right info to find out someone’s strengths and
    potential, looking beyond a CV
  • are a true relationship builder with strong communication skills, both in English & Dutch
  • show creativity & persistence, are self-starting, result-driven and a fast thinker and mover
  • have a sense of humor, are approachable and able to build from scratch, fly solo and collaborate
  • embrace improvement and progression beyond your own responsibilities and act on it
